The Challenge The Zlatan projects required fast turnaround, high-impact creative delivered across multiple formats, while working with a global talent based in a different time zone. Tight schedules and limited access to talent made traditional approval processes too slow. The Solution I led the creative direction and introduced a streamlined concept and approval process, simplifying presentations and decision points to allow ideas to be reviewed and signed off efficiently across time zones. In parallel, I developed a flexible visual system rooted in the brand identity that could scale seamlessly across physical and digital formats. The Outcome The approach significantly reduced lead times, enabled faster go-to-market delivery, and ensured consistent, high-quality execution across channels. The campaign launched successfully at scale, strengthening brand recognition and supporting commercial performance.
