Brief: BSM wanted to showcase their refreshed brand identity and attract a new generation of talent to the shipping industry. The goal was to modernize how the company is perceived, highlight diversity within the organization, and show that a career at BSM can be both global and long-term. Creative Direction: I developed a storytelling approach focused on real people, not corporate slogans. The video highlights BSM’s diverse workforce across different roles and regions, blending authentic interviews with cinematic visuals of life at sea and on shore. The tone is human, forward-looking, and proud of tradition without feeling dated. Result: A modern employer branding film that brings warmth and inclusivity to a technical industry, positioning BSM as a place where meaningful, long careers can begin and evolve.
